Open green linen photo book on a table, a misty mountain panorama running unbroken across both pages
Layflat 250 gsm · 30 × 20 cm · Forest linen

Why it matters

A panorama should not fall into the fold

On an ordinary bound book the middle of a two-page photo disappears into the gutter. Layflat pages open completely flat, so the horizon runs straight across and nothing is lost.

  • Heavier 250 gsm stock, so pages sit flat without being held
  • Reinforced hinge that survives being opened hundreds of times
  • The right choice for wide landscapes, group shots and maps

Starting points

Five collections, all fully editable

Each one is a sensible starting configuration, not a locked package. Pick the closest and change anything you like in the builder below.

Covers

Linen, leather or printed photo

The cover is the part you touch every time you pick the book up, so it is worth a moment's thought. All four options take gold or silver foil.

  • Softcover — light, flexible, the everyday choice
  • Hardcover photo — your own image printed across the board
  • Linen — woven cloth in six colours, ages well
  • Leather — full grain, softens with handling

Before you order

Questions we get asked

What does layflat actually mean?

The spread opens completely flat, so a photo running across both pages has no seam and nothing disappears into the fold. It is the difference that matters most for panoramas. Layflat uses a heavier 250 gsm stock, which is why it costs more per spread.

Which paper should I pick?

Matte for a quiet, bookish look and no fingerprints. Lustre for more punch in colour without the mirror glare of gloss. Layflat if your photos are wide or if this book is meant to last decades.

How many photos fit?

Roughly four to six photos per spread on a mixed layout, or one per spread if you want them large. Drop your photos into the builder and we suggest a spread count automatically — you can override it.

What can I pay with?

Payments run through Stripe: major debit and credit cards, and BLIK for customers in Poland. Prices are shown in PLN, EUR or GBP — switch currency in the builder, and the amount you see is the amount charged.

Do prices include VAT?

The price you see is the price you pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout and none is shown separately on your receipt.

What appears on my bank statement?

QROBOROS LTD. If you see a charge you do not recognise, call or email us before contacting your bank — we can find the order from the amount and date and sort it out faster than a dispute.

Can I cancel or return it?

Before printing starts, yes — cancel for a full refund. Once printed, a personalised book falls outside the change-of-mind cancellation right under UK consumer law, but if it arrives damaged, defective or not as described we reprint it or refund you in full within 30 days. Details in the Refund Policy.

Who am I buying from?

QROBOROS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 17182485. The registration is public — check it on Companies House before you order. Full details are in the colophon at the foot of this page, and you can call us on +44 7441 425833.

What happens to my photos?

Nothing leaves your browser until you place an order. After that we use your files only to produce your book, we do not use them for marketing, and we delete or archive them on request once the order is complete. See the Privacy Policy.

Rather not do it yourself?

Send the photos, we lay it out
