1. About us

These terms govern the sale of custom photo books through qroboros.co.uk by QROBOROS LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 17182485. Registered office: Office 7100, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom, IG6 3SZ. You can verify our registration on the Companies House register.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in PLN (zł), EUR (€) or GBP (£). You choose the currency in the builder, and the amount shown there is the amount charged.
• Every price shown includes tracked courier delivery within the UK and EU.
• QROBOROS LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is added at checkout and none is shown separately on your receipt. The price displayed is the price charged.
• Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept major debit and credit cards, and BLIK for customers paying in złoty. We never receive or store your card details or BLIK codes.
• Checkout opens on Stripe's hosted payment page, where the amount and the merchant name are displayed before you confirm.
• Charges appear on your statement as QROBOROS LTD.

3. How your order is produced

• After payment you receive a secure link for uploading your full-resolution photographs.
• We prepare a digital proof of the complete book and send it to you. Nothing is printed until you approve that proof.
• Once approved, production normally takes 5–8 business days, followed by tracked courier delivery.
• If you do not respond to a proof within 30 days we will contact you again; we hold the order open for 90 days from payment.
• We may decline to print material that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. In that case we refund you in full.

4. Your photographs and your rights in them

• You keep all rights in the photographs you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
• You grant us a licence to reproduce your files for the sole purpose of producing your order. We do not use your photographs for marketing or any other purpose.
• Files are deleted or archived on request once your order is complete. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Photo books are personalised and made to order. Under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer's specification are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right once production has begun. Before production begins you may cancel at any time for a full refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect books are always reprinted or refunded. Full detail is in the Refund Policy, and nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is by tracked courier to the address you give at checkout. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• If delivery will be delayed beyond the quoted window we tell you as soon as we know, and you may cancel for a full refund if the new date does not suit you.

7. Complaints

Email retail.sale@qroboros.co.uk or call +44 7441 425833 with your order reference. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to resolve them within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable law allows.
